2. Provide your Order ID and product details
3. Share images (if product is damaged/incorrect)

Once approved:

• Our team will arrange pickup OR
• You may be asked to ship the product to our return address

2. Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited via:
  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank transfer (if COD order)
